"I recently had the privilege of attending a two-day leadership retreat in the foothills of Salt Lake City organized by Jeff Perry. It was unlike any retreat I’ve experienced. Jeff created a unique blend of mountain hikes, sunrise meditation and journaling, breathwork, and small, intimate group exercises and discussions that allowed each of us to focus on our own growth needs with the support of trusted peers.
What stood out most was the intentional design. From the initial virtual conversations to the carefully structured group activities, Jeff cultivated an atmosphere of trust and openness right from the start. The retreat was both deeply personal and powerfully connective, offering the rare combination of reflection, challenge, and community.
Jeff has a remarkable gift for bringing people together and creating space for real growth. This retreat left me with new clarity, renewed energy, and a trusted circle of advisors I can carry forward."
"I would do this retreat again in a heartbeat. It squeezed in several high impact experiences in a short amount of time; executing growth exercises "the retreat way" is much more fun than the traditional way (homework, reading, only a single accountability partner, etc.).
The mastermind session left a lasting impression that now impacts my everyday routine (in a positive trajectory). The hike was amazing and inclusive for all skill levels. The quality of the discussions and exercises were top notch, where the feedback (from strong participants) really added extra dimension to each topic. Zero complaints about the accommodations.
The value was worth much more than the cost of admission. And I now have some deeper friendships and accountability partners. I look forward to attending more of Jeff's retreats!"
"Jeff's first retreat was a rousing success. We had an opportunity to hike, eat together and hold in depth intimate discussions on topics of great interest that affect our career and life. I fully endorse a retreat that all success minded clients should consider. You will not be disappointed!
I enjoyed hearing from my fellow attendees, providing useful information during the discussions, and hearing from them directly about their life experiences."
